Refund & Return Policy
At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Simply contacting us does not complete the return process.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in a condition suitable for resale.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Perfect Fit Guarantee Requirements
Find your perfect fit. Free size exchange, no return needed. We’ll send a new one at no extra cost.
If the size isn’t quite right, you may be eligible for a free size exchange under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
To qualify for the Perfect Fit Guarantee:
You must apply within 14 days of receiving your order.
All original tags must remain attached.
The bra must not be worn, except for trying it on for fit.
The item must be in unused condition, free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any signs of wear.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
If these conditions are met, we will send you a new size at no extra cost. Return of the original item is not required unless otherwise instructed.
Celeste D'or Curve reserves the right to decline the Perfect Fit Guarantee if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.
This may include:
Intimate items, including panties
Swimwear
Washing bags
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We do not offer free returns and a return shipping fee may apply.
If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, wrong size), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged or defective product), Celeste D'or Curve will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customs fees, duties, and similar charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@us.celeste-dor.com before returning the item.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Return Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, your brief explanation for return and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item(s).
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
*Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.
